The Festive Sack Day 4 Prediction Contest

Filed under: snookerbacker @ 6:07 pm

Ding Dong Merrily on High in Heaven the Bells are Ringing! But Heaven doesn’t exist so that can’t be right can it. Well never mind all that anyway as the closest thing to heaven this week readers is a good old feast of snooker and a rummage around my big red sack. That’s where the action is my friends, oh yes.

Already three bumper prizes have been lifted from my bulging bag and Saturday is no exception and as it’s the opening day of the UK let’s have a feel around the prestige part of my old red fella and see what we can find (gloved hand reaches into sack for a good feel around).

Aaahhh, here we are, I think you’re going to like this, it’s only another £100 free bet with our old chums over at:

This time and for the rest of the week we will be moving back to the Prediction Contests.

The Rules:

1. Pick a correct score for each of the games listed

2. A winning player gets you 2 points and a winning scoreline gets you a further 5 points

3. Furthermore, we’ll add a bit of a twist shall we. The total frames that you predict to be played in these matches (i.e. all your scores added together) will form your overall frame total. However many this differs by to what actually happens will be deducted from your score.

So for instance if you predict each match to end 9-7 (16×4=64 frames) and each match ends 9-8 (17×4=68 frames) you will lose 4 points from your total.

The usual rules apply concerning your age, one entry per person and supplying your email address in the box provided. Anonymous entries or entries that don’t include an email will not be counted.

THE MATCHES (all start and end tomorrow entries must be in by the start of play)

Ding Junhui v Matthew Stevens

Mark Allen v Tom Ford

Stephen Maguire v Ken Doherty

Mark Selby v Ricky Walden

Good Luck!!
