Back Home Now: Have I missed much?

At times I've felt a little isolated

Evening all. Back from the darkest depths having only found out the result of the World Open yesterday. I’m all for a bit of peace and tranquility but to be honest, I’m a townie at heart and need to keep up to date with things.

Good that Robbo’s predicted World Championship hangover only lasted for the smaller events and he now has a World Open to add to his World Championship. Also good that I had the foresight to flag him up at 16’s in the preview, that’s a nice thing to come home to.

I’m interested in all this talk of EGM’s with World Snooker, obviously some of the boys have concerns already about Barry’s regime, as I’m just chilling out tonight with Mrs SB, it would be nice if someone could brief me on the details.

I’ll get up to scratch tomorrow with the action from Bruges but by the looks of the comments it’s been a quiet betting heat.

It’s not the same without the Team SB colours on show. But the good news is that we’ll be having a prediction competition for next week’s PTC in Sheffield with the £50 free bet prize from Betfred up for grabs.

More details on that will follow this week.
