Day Three Updates from Shanghai
OK, the roast coffee is on the go and a bagel is toasting nicely, I’m going all continental for breakfast this morning as we embark upon the last day of the First Round from Shanghai.
As ever, I will endeavour to update as and when I can, if there might be a delay in doing this I will flag it up, if the morning matches go on after 11am (BST) I may need to take a break but other than that updates should be as normal for the day.
7.30am starts:
RESULT: Neil Robertson 4-5 Peter Ebdon
RESULT: Ali Carter 5-3 Dave Harold
RESULT: Mark Selby 5-2 Mei Xiwen
RESULT: Jamie Cope 5-3 Steve Davis
Be back later for the afternoon matches, see you all then!

Oh right, fingers crossed then, I hope any posts aren’t going to reflect your mood if things don’t go well! I didn’t go in too heavy, had a decent bet on Higginson yesterday so not getting too greedy.

Both TV games are on fromsport.com now by the way. But you’ve got your Sina working, I have issues with that depending on where I’m posting from. Not good today and only catching glimpses. Getting the odd text from over there though.

I’m juggling like you wouldn’t imagine onestep. Interested in Gould v Hendry and the Murphy game. Would like Murphy and King to win as I backed the treble with Carter, how about you?

Ebdon breaks down on 8, Robbo snookered.
Robbo’s going to struggle with the Premier League 25-second shot clock this season.
Comment by Joe Gibney — September 8, 2010 @ 11:17 am Reply
He just doesn’t have a long game, doesn’t have a cue action, can’t really break build that well, but he’s still a top player. I don’t get it. Must be the bananas.
Comment by snookerbacker — September 8, 2010 @ 11:17 am Reply
Dave’s like Cliff Thorburn without the attacking intent these days. I suppose you have to admire his tenacity though.
